Reporting to the Head of Service Sales, this position will oversee the full sales process of selling of spare parts to customers across a number of territories. Working alongside the service delivery, sales, order processing, logistics and operation teams to ensure that our customers are receiving the correct spare parts within their expected time frame. You will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within their designated territories.

Your duties will include:

  • Proactively generating new customer leads and selling Peak Scientific service products to end user, OEM and distributor markets
  • Developing relationships with customers to grow service revenue and creating sales quotations for both new and existing customers
  • Managing generator customer base and sales lead information
  • Working closely with other departments  to assist customers with technical requests and spare parts purchases
  • Developing effective working relationships with colleagues and customers across the territory
  • Using CRM systems with all relevant customer information and orders

Ideally you will have demonstrable experience in end user or B2B sales and you will have experience of working autonomously and as part of a team. It would also be beneficial if you have worked in an account management role with a customer centric focus.   

You will also possess:

  • The ability to build relationships and gain trust via the phone/email and direct interaction with customers where appropriate
  • Proven experience in being highly organised, self-motivated and with the ability to plan time effectively and prioritise
  • The confidence to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles
  • Resilience – ability to remain effective and positive in the face of pressure
  • Ability to manage personal and team targets with a results driven approach
