Reporting to the Channel Manager, EMEA, this position will oversee the sales process of selling spare parts and service kits to customers across a number of territories. Working closely with sales, service delivery, order processing, logistics and operations teams this role will ensure that our customers are receiving the correct spare parts within their expected time frame. In this role, you will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within the EMEA territory.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively generating new customer leads and selling Peak Scientific service products to end user, OEM and distributor markets
- Developing relationships with customers to grow service revenue
- Creating sales quotations for both new and existing customers
- Managing generator customer base and sales lead information
- Working closely with sales personnel in developing business specific to all EMEA territories
- Developing effective working relationships with colleagues and customers across the territory
- Using CRM systems with all relevant customer information and orders
With strong customer focus experience, ideally in end user and/or B2B sales, you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage data and create basic reports. Building effective relationships and gaining trust over the phone and via email will be key to this role. You will also have demonstrable experience of account management and working autonomously as part of a team.
