Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a talented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in France.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and accurate administrator. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to assist in the smooth running of a number of functions including; order processing, stock management and logistics.
As Administration Assistant you will report to our Service and Operations Manager and your key tasks will include:

Process, create and invoice maintenance contracts on the system.

General administration duties.

Create preparation documentation for service visits.

Manage stock levels and supplier relationships.

Invoicing as required.
-
Manage travel arrangements for Peak France employees and overseas visitors.

Database management
The Administration Assistant role requires:

Team work and collaboration - able to build relationships and gain trust

High levels of attention to detail

Self-motivation with the capacity to plan time effectively and prioritise

Superb communication skills – able to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders

Understanding of geographical locations, times and distances

Knowledge and experience of Efacs/SAP or similar style order processing system would be beneficial but not essential.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products is essential, other systems training will be provided.
