We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in France on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a fast-paced manufacturing company that has experienced significant growth in recent years. THE ROLE: As the Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Keeping track of orders
Verifying, sending and collecting customer invoices
Customer Payment Tracking
Preparing internal orders
Following up requests for quotations issued to third party suppliers
Preparing purchase orders for third party suppliers
Receiving, recording and archiving supplier invoices
Receiving, qualifying and dispatching inbound calls
Checking and filing Expenses reports
Preparing monthly leave/absence information for payroll
LOGISTICS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Stock count and updates of inventory
Assisting in the scheduling of activities for field technicians
Communicating diligently with customers by phone and email in preparation, during and after service visits
Controlling and dispatching visit reports of from field technicians
Your key attributes will include:

Competent in the use of Microsoft applications

Experience in financial administration and accounting systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Customer and team focus - ability to build relationships and gain trust
