Administrator - Glasgow

This opportunity is based from Peak’s headquarters (HQ) in Inchinnan, just outside of Glasgow as part of our busy Marketing team. This role is responsible for delivering a pivotal function in marketing funnel management primarily through opportunity administering, excel data formatting and reporting on marketing activity from key data sources. Providing the global business and wider marketing and sales business functions with marketing key performance indicator reports, this role enables decision making in communication channel use and assist global sales functions in realising potential opportunities.

In this role, you will be the lead business system user, the Administrator will be responsible for raising orders, ensuring timely payment with colleagues in Accounts and pulling stock reports for marketing materials held at HQ.

Your duties will also include:

  • Administering leads to sales and service sales functions
  • Leading Zendesk user for website enquiries response
  • Being responsible for leading on website live chat and updating Frequently Asked Questions
  • Managing marketing data enabling customer communications and support other business functions
  • Pulling data and creating reports from business systems
  • Raising Purchase Orders and liaising with Accounts teams to ensure timely payment
  • Providing general marketing support including but not exclusive to website updates, Document Asset Management system document and user management, email marketing and social media support

Ideally you will have experience of working with CRM and business systems and any previous experience or working within a B2B marketing role would be highly advantageous. More importantly, you’ll have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.

  • The ability to multi-task whilst being highly organised
  • The self-motivation to use your initiative and adapt as part of a team
  • Diligence and capability to work at a steady pace within a busy environment
