What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership, supporting strategic agendas and adapting to fast-changing priorities.
- Translate high-level strategies into structured, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing sound judgement and rigorous analysis.
- Prepare the CEO for key meetings and visits with clear insights and decision support.
- Ensure organisational alignment and communication across departments.
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
