With this continuing success and growth we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to support our China operations.

THE ROLE: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be based in Shanghai. Your main job functions will include:

  • Call out positively and regularly to cover all customer’s contacts.
  • Deliver Peak’s care to all customer’s contacts.
  • Introduce Peak’s service strategy and VP to customers.
  • Collect and feedback customer situation and requirement.
  • Extend and maintain customer relationship and confidence by call out.
  • Work close with AMS to support winning service order.
  • Maintain and update CRM data timely

THE CANDIDATE: You will have the following skills sets and experience:

  • College or above.
  • Over one year’s experience in customer service, calling centre, service sale support, etc.
  • Customer focussed – able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to plan time effectively & prioritise
  • Communication – able to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles, including oral and written English
  • Resilience - remains effective in the face of pressure 
  • Excellent customer service skills
