Customer Service Specialist - Maternity Cover - Glasgow

Ultimately, this role is about working providing exceptional customer service to Peak customers and being a single point of contact for customers from the confirmation of order through to delivery of goods or services, as well as managing any inbound queries. You will be on a maternity cover contract joining a small supportive team in our HQ in Inchinnan. 

You will be involved in duties such as:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Following up with outbound calls at scheduled intervals after customer order or visits
  • Ensuring customer data records are updated and record call notes accurately using CRM and Zendesk support portal
  • Supporting and communicating with other internal departments as required to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Logging all inbound customer, complaints in line with company SOP’s and guidelines and acknowledge customer

Ideally, you will have a Business or Marketing degree but what’s more important is that you have a natural passion for customer service excellence and understanding of how this leads to repeat business and customer loyalty. It would be advantageous if you have experience with CRM platforms and customer support management tools like Zendesk. You’ll have excellent negotiation skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
