An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Expense Administrator to make a significant contribution to the growth of this award–winning, international technology manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable and Expense Manager, you will be a highly organised individual, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. With responsibility for managing company cards globally, you also be a key support to the accounts payable process for all expenses. A confident communicator, you will develop strong relationships with global users, managers and directors.
Experienced in accounts payable with robust expense management experience, your key duties will include:
- Management of the Concur profiles and managing audit controls in line with cost centres and departments
- Setting up of new country packs within Concur as required
- Concur system training for new employees and authorising managers
- Updating global expense policies
- Month End reporting
- Auditing of authorised expenses – to ensure that policies are being met by authorising managers and employees
- Global review of Aged Creditor reports within SAP
- Maintenance of all global corporate credit cards – ensuring employees have appropriate limits as required and reviewing the company limits / individual limits on a regular basis
- Maintenance of Petty Cash
- Authorising expenses where required.
You will possess strong IT skills and experience of working with Concur is essential. Previous, relevant experience of working in a fast-paced finance team is essential, as is the ability to develop good relationships with team members and other colleagues. As you will be managing sensitive information, discretion and personal integrity are of the highest importance.
