With this continuing success and growth we are looking for an FSE  to support our China field service operations.

THE ROLE: Reporting to the East FSE Leader, this role will be based in _Shanghai_ and involve extensive travel within China. Your main job functions will include:

  • Providing a high level of service and technical advice for Peak’s OEM customers.
  • Working remotely with head office, you must be prepared, if requested, to provide worldwide service back up or technical support during holidays.
  • Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is provided for the service and support of all Peak Scientific products.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and installations.
  • Strong execution to fulfil the daily work base on the company policies.

THE CANDIDATE: You will have the following skills sets and experience:

  • Maintaining pressure systems and transportable gases in a similar or related industry
  • A university degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Language skills in English essential
  • Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety as it impacts the position.
