Job: Field Service Engineer– Japan
Location: Tokyo and involve extensive travel within Japan.

THE ROLE: Reporting to Service Operations Supervisor. Your main job functions will include:
- Providing a high level of service and technical advice for Peak’s OEM customers.
- Working remotely with support from the Toyo office.
- Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is provided for the service and support of all Peak Scientific products.
- Carrying out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and installations.
- Submitting service report after above service tasks.
THE CANDIDATE: You will have the following skills sets and experience:
- Only applicants with an education background in a related subject will be considered.
- Experience of maintaining pressure systems and transportable gases in a similar or related industry would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Language skills in English essential.
- Knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems.
- Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems.
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety as it impacts the position.
