Field Service Technician
We are delighted to be recruiting a Field Service Technician based in Melbourne, Australia. Reporting to our Service Manager, you will be providing a high level of Service support and advice for Peak customers, OEMs and distributors. Whilst being a member of the AUS Service team, you will primarily work independently at customer sites, ensuring a high degree of satisfaction is provided for the service and support of all Peak Scientific products.
Peak Australia was established in 2010 and currently has a team of 7 employees, with plans to expand over the next few years, our main office is based in Port Melbourne, Victoria.
You will be responsible for the following –
- Carrying out routine maintenance, emergency repairs and installations
- Responding effectively to all customer requests for service and support
- Providing customers with a clear and detailed service report
- Submitting all service reports at the end of each service visit
- Maintaining and replenishing stock of parts and carry out inventory checks
- Reporting any service issues / escalations to Service manager
You will bring good practical skills to this role with a methodical approach to problem solving. Ideally, you’ll have a complete and detailed understanding of pressure systems and transportable gases.

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- MS Office 365

- Full time Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
