We are now looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing service team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their technical career who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service in a hands-on environment.
About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring our products are installed, maintained, and operating at their best. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and customer training on Peak Scientific products

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support

Deliver a high standard of service aligned with a “right first time” approach

Produce clear and accurate service reports following each visit

Manage and maintain your service inventory and van stock

Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure seamless customer support

Escalate complex customer issues where required

Continuously build your technical knowledge across the full product range
What We’re Looking For

Technical qualification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics [

Hands-on experience or knowledge of electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems

A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (professional working level)

Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
