Who are we:

Well, we are a global market leader in the design, manufacturing and servicing of instrument gas generators for analytical laboratories, some pretty fancy stuff.  Established in an old leaking shed in Linwood back in 1997, we’ve now grown to an international footprint of 500 staff across 26 countries. So, we upgraded our corporate Headquarters, and high-tech manufacturing and R&D facilities to Inchinnan, along with our colourful wallpaper. With over a decade of sustained high growth, we’re proud to say we’re one of Scotland’s fastest-growing manufacturing businesses. Over the last five years, the company has enjoyed rather impressive annual growth between 25 and 30%, overall and 60% growth across the service division, selling 90% of our gas generator products overseas to over 126 countries. It’s exciting, to say the least!

What will your role consist of:

You’ll report to our Global Head of HR and provide a wide range of administration support to the Global Head of Recruitment and HR team.  Don’t worry; we try to put the “fun” into HR, honestly. Your main focus will be:

  • HR document management control
  • Updating HR policies and processes
  • Updating HR System (ADP) and payroll information
  • Processing monthly payroll and pensions for the UK and our overseas entities
  • Distribution of HR forms and documents to Inchinnan site and overseas
  • Providing an efficient and effective administration service for HR, training and development activities
  • Undertaking a variety of HR admin support tasks
  • Providing administrative support in recruitment and selection activities
  • Respond to general HR enquiries regarding benefits and HR policies

Who are you:

You are an outstanding communicator, and you’ll enjoy being in the hustle and bustle of Peak as a key contact for employees and external contacts working in a fun, dynamic, positive environment.  You will be eager to develop within a global HR function. You will also bring:

  • Previous or relevant experience in a similar post.
  • Extensive experience of HR systems
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Ability to be highly organised and multi-task, with exceptional attention to details
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
