An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global HR Advisor to join our growing team at our HQ, Inchinnan to provide Global HR support for the UK and overseas businesses. You will be working in true partnership with the business, playing a key role in supporting our people strategy and “employee life cycle”.
Reporting to our Global Head of HR you will provide wide ranging, flexible support to the Global Head of Recruitment, management teams and employees globally. With proven HR generalist experience, you will be providing advice and assistance to the business on HR policies, procedures and legislation, therefore sound up to date knowledge of UK Employment legislation is a must and a basic understanding of overseas legislation would be advantageous.
Other key requirements of the role include:
An outstanding communicator, you will have evidence of achievement in a fast paced HR generalist role and experience of working with an HR information system. Skilled in both written and verbal communication, you will also possess excellent IT skills, including; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
