Senior business management role responsible for driving ambitious revenue growth for the EMEA region in a high-profile Scottish-based technology manufacturing business.

As Head of Service Sales Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) you will have overall responsibility for providing leadership, management, strategic direction and accountability for driving the continued growth and success in the region.  This is a new role and presents a fantastic opportunity for a proven and driven sales leader to join the team. 

THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the General Manager EMEA, as Head of Service Sales you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, motivating and leading a sales team (9) across EMEA

  • Developing, implementing and driving performance metrics

  • Exceeding revenue targets and delivering YOY revenue growth

  • Building and driving a motivated and fun sales culture throughout the team

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, distributors and strategic partners

  • Working closely with other stakeholders across the EMEA and global business to deliver new initiatives that drive sales growth

  • Provide annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales forecasting to senior stakeholders within the business

  • Strategic planning – supporting General Manager in long term business development objectives

THE CANDIDATE: A commercially astute and forward-thinking leader, with demonstrable sales leadership success across EMEA, the successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial team player.

You will be degree-educated with a proven track record in managing sales teams (contract sales experience advantageous) and thrives on building a highly-motivated environment in order to achieve sales success.

In addition, you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Happy to challenge the ‘status quo’ Ability to work in a fast-changing environment (internally and externally)

  • Experience in remote management

  • Additional language skills are a plus
