Due to continuing success and growth, we are looking for a HR Advisor for KOSEAI to support our operations in Korea, South East Asia and India. The role will be based from our Singapore office with regional responsibilities of 52 employees.
THE ROLE: Reporting jointly to the Group HR Manager and to the Director & Country General Manager KOSEAI, the HRA position will provide advice and support to the senior management teams and employees on all human resource-related issues. The HRA will act as an employee champion, a culture carrier and change agent, ensuring that Peak values form the core of our decisions and operations, maintaining the Peak culture throughout this region.

THE CANDIDATE: Will have a minimum of 5 + years HR generalist experience with core competencies in recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent development, organizational change, labour relations, employee development, and performance management. In addition you will have a high level of employment law knowledge related to India and SEA and a track record of working in culturally diverse organisations. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or psychology, business, or related field is essential.
