Reporting to the Group People Director this generalist HR Business Partner role is about building strong relationships, driving performance, and supporting the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to retention.
In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and enhance workforce effectiveness. You'll support recruitment and workforce planning, partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver seamless hiring experiences. You'll lead succession planning and career development, identify high-potential talent, and champion leadership growth. You'll also guide employee relations with fairness and consistency, while driving engagement and culture-building efforts. Performance management and development will be key, as you facilitate goal setting, feedback, and learning programs tailored to business needs. As a change agent, you'll lead HR aspects of organisational transformation, promoting agility and resilience. You'll ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies and become a super user of our Global HRIS—leveraging data to generate actionable insights.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years in a strategic HR role, ideally CIPD-qualified, with strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication skills, and confidence using platforms like Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or Sage People.
