THE ROLE: As In-house Recruiter, reporting to the Head of Global Recruitment you will be responsible for attracting and hiring outstanding talent for departments such as : Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT, as well as the following –

Building personable stakeholder relationships, understanding their hiring needs to help assess candidate fit

Managing the full-lifecycle recruiting process

Providing a top-notch candidate experience

Impeccable maintenance of our ATS – Firefish

Tracking recruitment metrics, like cost to hire, time to hire source, quality etc

Keeping your ear to the ground to find the most useful networking events, recruitment fairs, recruitment tools etc

Advising managers on relevant changes to employment law impacting recruitment.
YOU THE CANDIDATE: Will have an excellent recruitment background - agency or internal (or both). Educated to degree level, with experience of managing multiple recruitment campaigns. You will be well versed in recruitment and HR best practices. Have a positive “can do” attitude, a sense of humour and excellent relationship management skills with an ability to quickly establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels within the organisation.
