Inside Sales Specialist - Key Accounts - Glasgow

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing area of our business.  You will be responsible for identifying and growing relationships with our Key Channel partners’ for Service.  Direct sales of service products, to a global client base within our high value key accounts, will be central to this role. You will bring experience of working within a targeted sales environment, ideally end user or B2B, have fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as part of a highly performing team. Individuals who fit our culture and values will have a high degree of professionalism but appreciate our non-corporate feel in a fun atmosphere.

Our Service Organisation plays a vital part in our day to day business and is responsible for 1/3 of the total sales revenue of the company. There is room for exceptional growth within this division, and this role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales driven individual.

Reporting to our Service Sales Manager - Key Accounts, you will:

  • Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel on assigned customer accounts

  • Proactively promote and sell our full range of service products to consistently meet and exceed sales targets across a global customer base

  • Grow account value by managing lead delegation across Global Peak operations

  • Using our reporting system closely monitor your customer's performance and quickly identify any change to sales activity and/or buying trends

  • Facilitate channels for data retrieval to assist with account growth and market intelligence

  • Maintain up to date client information on SAP CRM system

With strong sales experience, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data as well as being extremely customer focussed and able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential – particularly Excel and knowledge of a CRM system would be advantageous.
