Our Service Organisation plays a vital part in our day to day business and is responsible for 1/3 of the total sales revenue of the company. There is room for exceptional growth within this division, and this role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales driven individual.
Reporting to the Service Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
Effectively promoting Peak Scientific Service products to end users, OEM and distributor markets.
Identifying opportunities to grow the Service business, developing appropriate strategies for exploiting these
Following up existing leads and maximising service business opportunities
Maintaining records of generatorlocations and warranty registrations
Creating sales quotations, order management and facilitating service/product delivery
Working closely with generator sales personnel and Field Service personnel in developing business leads
Updating CRM system with all relevant customer information and orders
