Inside Service Sales Manager

We are looking for a Inside Service Sales Manager to support our operations in North America. The role will be based from our Billerica office and will be part of a team of 65 employees dedicated to growing our North American business. Reporting to the North American (NA) General Manager, this position will be a key driver of revenue for the company and will be responsible for leading a team of ~10 Service Sales Specialists and Administrators, that will drive Service Contracts and overseeing spare parts sales across the US and Canada. This role will be responsible for setting sales strategy for their team as well as develop their people's consultative sales skill set in a fast-paced environment. 

Other duties will include managing our customer database, sales analysis to monitor revenues, forecasting, discounts and margins and to ensuring overall internal and external customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities - 

  • Effective forecasting of our Service Contracts business and wider Service Sales portfolio
  • Monitoring contract sales KPIs, supporting the GM with accurate data and analysis
  • Driving improvements in point of sale contract business and on-time contract Renewals
  • Focusing on process improvements that continue to improve our sales cycle
  • Developing best practices to shape future targeting in line with the Global Service Sales team
  • Building a strong team and culture of success through ongoing feedback, support and guidance

Preferably you will have a College degree in Business/Marketing and significant experience in Inside Sales Management as well as the following skills –

  • Commercially astute and capable of working with complex figures and data 
  • Results driven, ability to manage personal and collective team targets
  • Comfortable forecasting an active and accurate sales pipeline utilizing our CRM SAP B One
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven with the capacity to plan time effectively & prioritize
  • A proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships; internally and externally
  • You will have a “can do” attitude and a sense of humour
