Are you an experienced IT support professional with a passion for production operations and data management? Join our dynamic team as a Level 3 Application Support Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our SAP Business One and BEAS Manufacturing systems across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do:
As an IT Application Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for SAP B1 and BEAS support, ensuring smooth operations across Production, Warehouse, QC, and Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 2nd to 3rd line support for SAP B1/BEAS in line with SLAs
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests via Peak’s service desk
- Supporting upgrades, migrations, and change control processes
- Creating and maintaining Crystal Reports, SQL queries, and DTW templates
- Monitoring system performance and data integration issues
- Supporting automation workflows and Boyum B1UP functionalities
- Documenting procedures and maintaining ISO-compliant knowledge bases
What You’ll Bring:
You will have previous experience in supporting ERP and/or CRM solutions, ideally in a production or operational environment and be proficient with regard SQL. With the ability to work to tight deadlines, you will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and documentation skills
Essential Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting ERP and/or CRM systems
- Proficient in SQL and data concepts
- Ability to resolve complex functional and configuration issues
- Basic Networking/Infrastructure Awareness: Useful for understanding system dependencies and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong understanding of Production, Warehouse, Quality Control or Manufacturing or Engineering environments
- Experience with SAP Business One and Boyum BEAS
- Familiarity with Business Process Automation tools and workflow automation
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports development
- Familiarity with SAP DTW processes and data replication ITIL-based service management knowledge
- Experience with service desk platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
