Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the successful candidate will be required to provide first and second level support and services to Peak internal customers, ensuring that agreed service levels are maintained and achieved. You will also work to standards and processes to exceed customer expectations as deemed by the IT Infrastructure Manager as well as configure and provide IT support to Peak employee’s computer equipment and peripherals.
Your duties will include:
- Fulfilling service requests and incidents in a timely manner
- Adhering to pre-defined processes and providing suitable information of fix implemented
- Administration of Azure and Office 365
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Maintaining all Global IT equipment ensuring these are kept up to date with the latest updates of required software
- Managing the activation and maintenance of mobile devices and setting up new equipment and upgrading existing laptops/PCs
You will be a motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team. As a customer- driven person, you will strive to find solutions for our Peak employees and communicate to them effectively.
You will also have experience of:
- Windows Server 2012 – 2019 , Windows 7 – 10
- Administration of Active Directory – GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Network administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with working in a support ticket system
- Excellent hardware and software diagnostic skills
- VMWare virtualisation environment
