With this continuing success and growth we are looking for a Junior FSE to support our China field service operations.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the East FSE Leader, this role will be based in _Beijing_ and involve extensive travel within China. Your main job functions will include:
- Providing a high level of service for Peak’s OEM customers.
- Working remotely with technical dept to provide worldwide service back up or technical support.
- Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is provided for the service and support of all Peak Scientific products.
- Carrying out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and installations.
THE CANDIDATE: You will have the following skills sets and experience:
- Maintaining pressure systems and transportable gases in a similar or related industry will be a plus
- A university degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Language skills in English essential
- Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems.
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Health and Safety as it impacts the position.
