Ultimately, this role is about handling complex administrative tasks for a Global Key Account Team in our head office in Inchinnan. You’ll get involved in processing contracts, supporting the team with meeting prep as well as some forecasting and some repetitive ad hoc tasks. This is a pivotal role in supporting and enabling a busy team the capacity to bring in new business for the company.

You’ll be a pro-active team player who enjoys building strong working relationships and problem solving. It would be highly advantageous if you have experience of using SAP Business One or another similar ERP system. The successful candidate will be able to spot errors in documents as a high level of accuracy is key to this role.
