Job: Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Glasgow, Inchinnan, Renfrewshire
Due to continuing success and growth, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support our global operations.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Group Human Resource Manager, with a passion for development you’ll take a creative approach to training. An engaging and approachable personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude is a must.
Key deliverables include:
- Establish and embed an organisational approach to learning and development.
- Manage and administer the talent management process at Peak
- Conduct training needs analysis throughout business
- Manage our online learning management system (Litmos)
- Develop and deliver Peak training programs (soft skills)
- Onboard new staff
THE CANDIDATE: You must have a proven L&D track record, ideally from fast paced, target driven global company. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills and be able to quickly establish rapport and credibility with your stakeholders.
In addition your other attributes will include –
- Experience in designing and delivering L&D programmes
- Ideally a recognised L&D qualification
- Excellent presenter and facilitator
- Experience working with strategic talent management
- Working knowledge and experience of online learning management systems and creating e-learning content.
- Highly proficient MS office skills and an early adopter of technology
