An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Market Analyst to join our Marketing team based in our headquarters in Scotland. This is a challenging role where no two days are the same, and you will have an opportunity to work alongside a team that is experienced, talented and passionate about what they do.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Product Management you will be responsible for collating, analysing and presenting internal data (sales, financial) and external data (market, competitive) to enable the business to make informed decisions on product development, pricing, marketing and channel management.
You will be responsible for;

Market research assistance (supporting Product Managers)

Competitor intelligence gathering and dissemination

Administration of Pricing SOP
-
Co-ordinating and assisting with product webinars

Product sales analysis, collating data from various internal sources (SAP and other)

Creating concise, custom reports from sales data

Assisting with managing part creation on system

Assisting with OEM corporate channel sales forecast collation

SAP B1 department super-user (for Product Management)

General administrative support of Product Management.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be commercially astute with the ability to analyse and manipulate numerical data, reporting information in a concise manner. Experience of using ERP/CRM business systems to extract sales and product data for analysis would be advantageous. With strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload, you will be able to multi-task, prioritise and plan ahead. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships at all levels, as well as being self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines.
