Overview

The Marketing Administrator will support global marketing operations by managing lead flow, responding to customer enquiries, and assisting with campaign execution and reporting. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and sales teams, maintaining high-quality customer engagement, and supporting internal marketing processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, international environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead & Enquiry Management

Distributing marketing-generated leads to relevant sales and service teams using internal systems

Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries received via website forms, email, and live chat

Ensuring timely and professional communication with prospects and customers

Marketing Operations Support

Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns including email and social media

Supporting internal marketing requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Maintaining and organize marketing assets, documents, and shared resources

Reporting & Data Handling

Preparing and formatting marketing performance reports including lead tracking, campaign metrics, and customer feedback

Conducting routine data preparation and analysis to support decision-making

Ensuring accuracy and consistency in marketing data across platforms

Administrative Coordination

Raising and track purchase requests for marketing activities

Liaising with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely processing

Supporting inventory tracking and logistics for marketing materials

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in social media marketing and digital engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams
  • Prior experience in a B2B marketing or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Exposure to international markets, especially Europe and North America
