Peak Scientific, a fast-growing company specialising in the manufacture of gas generators for analytical laboratories, is looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant.

We export 90% of our sales to approximately 126 countries and have a number of global offices including USA, China, India, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, South Africa and Australia. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Senior Marketing Exec, you will be based in our Headquarters located in Inchinnan. Working in a fast paced environment, you will provide support to our growing Marketing team.
Key tasks will include;
Lead CRM user – all aspects of input and data reporting;
Sales lead processing, logging, qualifying and inputting into SAP CRM system;
Collating monthly marketing dashboard and CRM reporting for senior stakeholder review;
First line response to customer inquiries/leads via company websites and digital channels;
Administration of marketing expenditure, raising POs, goods received, liaising with Finance Department, and other budget tracking activities;
Fielding and responding to internal marketing support requests via global helpdesk;
General research, clerical and project based work;
Input into updating website content and online partner content; and
Liaising with key marketing suppliers – placing orders, ensuring on-time delivery and internal process is followed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Good proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 tools;
Experienced with CRM systems and concepts of sales lead qualification and input;
Good head for numbers and financial data for cost tracking;
Comfortable with web-based marketing platforms and collaborative tools;
Able to work as part of close team, multi-task and work at high tempo;
Experience working in B2B and/or technical product marketing advantageous;
Experience with SAP C4C CRM and Zendesk an advantage but not essential.
You must also be dynamic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and have the ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team.
