An exciting position has arisen for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing HQ at Inchinnan and provide support for the global marketing team based in the UK. Working alongside an ambitious and highly motivated team, there will be great opportunity to gain experience and expand your skill set.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of exhibit material to global exhibitions & trade shows
- Logistics of marketing literature and promotional items to overseas Peak offices
- Handling and qualification of inbound leads from websites and uploading to global CRM (SAP C4C)
- Tracking and reporting of lead conversion metrics via CRM reporting
- Collating monthly marketing dashboard for management review of KPIs
- Administration of marketing expenditure, liaising with Finance Department on POs, invoicing and other financial aspects of marketing
- Provide focused marketing support for UK & Ireland sales team.
A suitable role for a recent graduate or a co-ordinator with relevant experience/qualification in marketing, you will play a key part of a high tempo, close knit marketing function. A structured approach combined with fantastic organisational skills will allow you to succeed, develop and further your career at Peak.

- Event management
- Highly organised and detail oriented, able to spot potential issues before they occur
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage many different time-critical tasks simultaneously
- CRM experience – lead creation, reporting, analysis
- Customer interaction (by email) to qualify and establish nature of inquiry
- Proficiency with Excel including charts and tables
- Comfortable working at a high tempo
- Good team player – share and swap tasks in a small team
- Experience working in B2B and/or technical product marketing advantageous
