You would be joining a North American team of around 50 staff, including dedicated sales and field service engineer teams covering the whole of mainland US and key territories in Canada. POSITION
Based at our US office in the Boston area and reporting to both the NA Sales Manager and the Global Head of Marketing (UK HQ), you will be responsible for co-ordination and execution of local/regional marketing activities in North America. Creative and technology focussed, you will help drive increasing brand awareness for Peak in key markets within North America, and be a catalyst for lead generation for the sales team.
The role involves:
- Assist with creation of US-specific marketing content in close collaboration with Global Marketing Team (UK)
- Drive increased lead generation through regional email campaigns
- Maintain and develop relations with industry media and magazines (print and online)
- Local co-ordination and delivery of industry trade shows, seminars and expos
- Create educational material and sales-aids for US sales team and resellers
- Manage local US based inventory of marketing collateral
- North America-based extension to the core marketing function of Peak
You must have Marketing, Business or Technology degree with the confidence to think on your feet, use your initiative and be comfortable dealing with information relating to product of a technical nature. You will have experience in a relevant B2B manufacturing/product marketing environment. You must also be dynamic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and have the ability to work both independently and remotely with a core HQ team. A positive attitude is a pre-requisite together with a keen sense of humour.
