As Marketing Manager, North America, reporting to our General Manager North America (with dotted line to Global Marketing Director), you will be responsible for all facets of direct marketing to increase the sales of generators and related service contracts and other aftermarket revenue streams. This position is new for the North America business unit and we are looking for someone who has a track record of establishing and deploying marketing programs from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with an expertise in creating database strategies that drive growth. You will take a hands-on approach, have B2B experience with campaign development, execution, and measurement, are equally comfortable with big-picture thinking while paying attention to detail. Other key accountabilities include:

Manage different marketing channels from beginning to end (strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis, and optimization). Design, implement and analyze A/B split tests across all channels (offer, creative and CRO).

Maintain campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities.

Work collaboratively with Global Marketing team at Head Office in Scotland to develop and deploy digital assets, creative and analytics relevant to North America market.

Develop our database strategy and work cross functionally with the different sales teams to build support.

Leverage customer and market intelligence in partnership with regional sales team and global marketing and key account teams, to target and position high impact demand generation campaigns.
Educated to Degree level with 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing scalable marketing campaigns across paid media. You have a deep familiarity with digital marketing and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CAC/CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS. With energy and initiative to establish and build out what will be new marketing capability for rapid-growth North America business unit, you possess business acumen to synthesize data to drive marketing effectiveness.
