Marketing Specialist - Massachusetts

We’re excited to share we are hiring a Marketing Specialist for our North America (NA) office to support the region grow its business and enhance our strong brand recognition in labs throughout North America. You will develop and execute local marketing campaigns to support the regional sales & service sales business plans with qualified leads as well as online and offline collateral. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales NA, you will also support the coordination of NA events, including trade shows, user meetings and internal sales conferences. 

Fundamental to success of this role is having regular liaison with key personnel throughout the region to deliver local marketing solutions which allow them to meet their NA business goals and in turn support the wider global Marketing strategy.

In addition, you will be responsible for –

  • Developing strategies and tactics to support sales activity and deliver qualified leads for NA region
  • Be “Voice of the Customer” in NA region
  • Measuring the success of marketing plans through lead tracking by status, source and campaign
  • Supporting preparation of NA marketing budget, monitoring spend on a quarterly/annual basis
  • Support with live chat and syndicating customer enquiries to relevant department as required
  • Owning and being responsible for local marketing stock management and display unit stock holding for the region

Ideally you will have demonstrable track record of working in a B2B and/or technical product environment with some event coordination experience and delivering marketing plans to budget. You will have good working knowledge of online and offline marketing channels and having previously worked with CRM and business systems would be advantageous.

You will also possess:

  • Good understanding of brand message and company voice
  • Ability to manage busy workflow whilst being highly organised
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with many different stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
