Job: North America Service Sales Manager

Peak Inc. is the rapidly expanding North American arm of Peak Scientific, with its main US office located in Billerica, Massachusetts, and plans for significant further growth over the next few years. You would be joining a North American team of around 50 staff, including dedicated sales and field service engineer teams covering the whole of mainland US and key territories in Canada. Peak Scientific is a global leader in gas generation for analytical laboratories, operating worldwide with sales in over 120 countries and offices in every continent.
Reporting directly to the Service and Operations Manager - North America, you will be an experienced Sales Manager with demonstrated success driving both internal and external service or product sales, hold the development responsibility for identifying, planning and executing the opportunities to enhance service contract offerings for the business. Your experience in key account management, tactical planning, and ability to identify and seize potential opportunities will be essential. This position is also responsible for developing the parts sales as well as improving tracking of service revenue metrics.
