THE ROLE: Reporting to Country Manager, this role will be based in Tokyo. Your main job functions will include:
- Processing orders from OEMs, Customers & Territory Managers
- Creating and recording quotations on behalf of the sales team.
- Processing of orders to UK head office
- Process order acknowledgements
- Processing, despatching, and invoicing of generator sales orders
- Liaising with logistics carriers to arrange arrival and dispatch of goods
- Liaising with sales department
- Customer point of contact to resolve queries
- Providing administrative support to the Territory Managers
- Distribution of information to customers ie notification delivery etc.
- Maintain and update daily order information
- Set up & maintain Customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate information
- Monthly sales reporting and analysis.
- Contract and Document Management
THE CANDIDATE: You will have the following skills sets and experience:
- Relevant college Education and above.
- Detail oriented with exemplary organization skills
- Ability to analyse sales data
- Good skills in Microsoft Office suite -- Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be proactive, responsive, and resourceful
- Good command of oral and written English
- Experience in customer service, logistics and administration preferred.
