Overview
Reporting to the NA Business Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the NA parts business; quoting, selling and managing parts requests from customers not covered under a Peak Protected Service Plan. The individual will also be additionally responsible for educating non- covered customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance of our generators and creating opportunities to upsell kits/parts to our customers.
Key Duties:
- Process parts sales requests from customer enquiry, through quote and receipt of purchase order and on to sales order creation and delivery while providing a first-class customer experience.
- Proactive handling of pending opportunities/quotes/requests and CRM Database Management.
- Working closely with other departments to assist customers with technical requests relating to spare parts purchases
- Educate customers on the benefits of Peak Protected Service Plans when appropriate.
- Establish customers’ interest in order to identify opportunities to promote and offer our products.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to uncover opportunities up/cross selling.

Key Skills/Qualifications
- 1-3 years Inside Sales would be beneficial, sales order processing, or equivalent
- Technical knowledge and mechanical assembly repair experience desired
- Prior experience using a CRM Database to manage opportunities and quoting for customers with time sensitive needs.
- Proven ability to generate and close sales opportunities in their current position
- Customer focused – able to build relationships and gain trust
- Able to manage relationships and enjoy being part of team
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven with the capacity to plan time effectively & prioritize as required
- Communication – able to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles
- College degree and work experience in a service driven industry a plus but not essential
