Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this exciting role presents an opportunity to manage the product lifecycle from concept to end of life. The Product Manager will work collaboratively across functions to drive development of new or improve existing products in line with business strategy.
The role will also involve:
- Defining and executing the product strategy, driving on time delivery of key product launches
- Establishing and owning the business case, product brief and roadmap, prioritising projects which align with business objectives
- Representing the voice of the customer within the organisation, translating customer needs to new product concepts
- Using detailed knowledge of markets and competitors to inform product strategy
- Developing pricing strategies and tactics
- Monitoring product performance, ensuring products meet revenue, ROI and profitability KPI’s
- Providing support and direction for global sales teams in product positioning, technical marketing and application guidance
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop core positioning and messaging for the product and support coordination of launch campaigns
We are looking for a Product Manager with demonstrable experience in a similar role. You will have exceptional communication and influencing skills in addition to being an engaging individual who strives to build positive working relationships internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Preferably, a degree in a STEM discipline
- The ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Expertise in driving projects to completion
