What will your role consist of:
You’ll report to our Quality Manager and your main focus will be:
- Maintain the Quality Control procedure throughout the company’s manufacturing process.
- Support the manufacture of our product to achieve the optimum quality of manufacture and product service.
- Collate and report data relating to material supplies, product build and test performance.
- Carry out audits, both internal and external to the supply chain.
- Develop process and internal quality levels.
- Maintain calibration certificates for all test and measurement equipment and maintain validation of operation.
- Create, monitor and drive Non-Conformance with manufacturing and suppliers and re-work of parts where applicable, in line with company procedures.
- Maintain the company MRP system in terms of in-house damaged goods and the physical rejection process.
- Maintain accurate and legible quality records of product build, test and concessions.
- Maintain information relating to hazardous materials and practices.

You will have previous experience of working in a similar role within manufacturing, preferably from a mechanical and /or electrical background. You’ll enjoy being in the hustle and bustle of Peak working in a fun, dynamic, positive environment. You will also bring:
