Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast–growing company specialising in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market is looking to recruit an Administrator to support our Sales and Service functions.

Reporting to the Senior Territory Manager- Germany, this new role will be based in our Düren office.

Main Job functions:

  • General administrative duties including recording phone/ email enquiries and follow up.
  • Drafting quotations for generators, service calls and service contracts
  • Verifying, recording and processing incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Supporting the local team and liaising with external accounts and customers
  • Monitoring and lodging all sales orders & service reports on our ERP system
  • Providing support to Service team, including shipping service kits to site/ engineer in a timely manner.
  • Processing of Spare parts orders, including picking and packaging
  • Coordinating with customers for deliveries, installation & service

The successful candidate will preferably have the following:

  • Experience in processing orders, invoicing and service reports
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Experience in bookkeeping and data management
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word reports and Excel
  • Experience of ERP management software and SAP CRM
  • Customer and team focussed- able to build relationships and gain trust
  • Experience in co-ordinating a team, plan time effectively and prioritise
  • Language skills in English and German
