Due to continuing success and growth, we are looking for a commercially aware Sales & Service Coordinator to support our India HQ in New Delhi. Peak Scientific Instruments are a multi award winning company, who specialise in the manufacturing of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager - India, as Sales & Service Coordinator you will be based in New Delhi but will provide support to Sales and Service across all offices in India. With demonstrable experience of working in a support role, you will have fantastic IT skills, including MS Office and Excel. With an organised and proactive approach to tasks you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key duties will include:

  • Providing back end support for sales and service teams

  • Preparation of quotes and order processing

  • Tracking leads, updating database and completing weekly and monthly reporting of sales

  • Managing all customer enquiries within set timescales to exceed customer expectations

  • Maintaining documentation and filing for all the customer communications and purchase orders

  • Working collaboratively with sales to complete government tenders in a timely manner

  • Chase payments where required and produce payment receivable reports.

You will be degree-educated and will be proficient in English as well as local language. With a drive to succeed and exceptional organisation skills, you will be confident in creating reports and working to set timescales and deadlines.
