Job Title:                              Sales Coordinator

Reports to:                         Head of Sales    

Business Unit:                   Sales

Location:                             New Delhi

Direct Reports:                 No


Reporting to Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of Sales Department which includes pre and post sales documentation, coordination & execution of orders. The Candidate is also responsible for Sales and business reporting and analysis. Candidate will work as Sales support function to help Peak deliver best customer experience.


  1. Main Job functions


  1. Provide support to our customers and sales team as per SLA defined and agreed
  2. Responsible for supporting and coordinating complete “Quote to Cash” process, which includes Preparing quotations, coordination with HQ/customer/salesperson, order entry into CRM/SAP, etc.
  3. Responsible for order processing in coordination with the UK commercial team and escalation of commercial or paperwork issues till resolution
  4. Coordinate with customer and internal team for getting necessary documents and ensuring shipments of orders in time
  5. Responsible for tracking Government Tenders and submit the same on respective portals/departments
  6. Update data base/ CRM/ERP on regular basis
  7. Payment follow up from customers and helping reconciling with finance department (UKHQ & India)
  8. Respond to incoming customer requests - same day / next day turnaround is expected
  9. Generate and compile monthly and weekly reports

  10. Maintain documentation and filing for all the customer communications and purchase order.
  11. Assist Head of Sales with necessary data analytics in facilitating daily operations and business planning
  12. Compile forecast information from the team and update in CRM tool
  13. Coordination with various department – logistics, planning, finance


B. Skills and experience required:

  • Knowledge of INCO terms, export import documentation
  • Worked with various people pan India as well other international geographic territories
  • Worked in SAP & CRM
  • Strong MS excel knowledge, MS Word & Power Point
  • 5-7 years of sales coordination & administration
  • Good English – oral & written
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking, Time management, self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a process-oriented environment
  • Strong work ethics
