Join Peak Inc. as a Sales Delivery Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Delivery Specialist to join our rapidly expanding sales division here in the US. Peak Inc., the North American arm of Peak Scientific, is based in Westford, Massachusetts, and boasts a dedicated team of around 100 staff across the US and Canada.
The Role: As a Sales Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal and external customers and will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, completing customer forms and maintaining sales-related databases. You will also field and complete customer spares orders requests, interface directly with customers, and process purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver sales quotations in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data in the CRM and ERP systems. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Review purchase orders and quotations to ensure accurate customer details prior to submitting for processing in a timely manner
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant obstacles.
• Assist the sales team with data and provides guidance to improve sales performance.
• Complete complex customer forms supporting the setup of Peak as a new vendor/supplier.
• Perform data entry duties related to sales metrics and other key data.
• May support Marketing Specialist with Collating materials for trade shows, distributing to salespeople and uploading customer leads to CRM
• Support the Spare Parts Dept with quoting, preparing sales orders, invoicing, and delivery notifications
• Monitor bid websites and work with sales representatives to prepare proposals in a timely manner
• Answer incoming calls, forwarding the information to the appropriate stakeholder
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our service and aftermarket products and services.
The Candidate: We're looking for someone with experience managing diverse customers, strong practical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You should be self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to interface comfortably and effectively. Good communication and conflict management skills are essential, as is previous experience with CRM platforms and at least two years of experience in a similar role or a related field.
