Sales Delivery Specialist II
Location: Westford, MA, Hybrid Role (3 days onsite each week)

Job Overview:
As a Sales Delivery Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal and external customers and will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, completing customer forms and maintaining sales-related databases. You will also field and complete customer spares order requests, interface directly with customers, process purchase orders and analyze technical documentation such as bills of material (BOMs) to accurately identify required parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver sales quotations in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data in the CRM and ERP systems. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Review purchase orders and quotations to ensure accurate customer details prior to submitting for processing in a timely manner
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant obstacles
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer support operations
- Analyze existing workflows to streamline processes, enhance overall operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times for both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure spare parts requests are clearly identified/confirmed and that orders are shipped by established deadlines and ensure an effective order fulfilment process
- Assist the sales team with data and provides guidance to improve sales performance.
Complete complex customer forms supporting the setup of Peak as a new vendor/supplier
- Perform data entry duties related to sales metrics and other key data.
May support Marketing Specialist with Collating materials for trade shows, distributing to salespeople and uploading customer leads to CRM
- Support the Spare Parts Dept & Generator Sales Team with quoting, preparing sales orders, invoicing, and delivery notifications
- Monitor bid websites and work with sales representatives to prepare proposals in a timely manner
- Answer incoming calls, forwarding the information to the appropriate stakeholder
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our service and aftermarket products and services
- May have direct reports, including responsibility for performance management, coaching, and development of team members
The Candidate:
We're looking for someone with experience managing diverse customers, strong practical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Good communication and conflict management skills are essential, as is previous experience with CRM platforms and at least two years of experience in a similar role or a related field. You should be self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to interface comfortably and effectively. An ideal candidate would be driven by results, have a track record of driving process improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
