An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Order Specialist to make a significant contribution to the growth of this award–winning, international technology business.
Working as part of a busy team, reporting to the Global Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for administering and supporting the purchase order process for generators and spare parts. To excel in this role, you will be a person focussed individual with a great eye for detail and the ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of global teams.
Key Duties:

Accurate and timely processing of purchase orders with a focus on fulfilment and turnaround time

Develop a strong understanding of global pricing across different geographical locations and currencies

Work closely with sales team to ensure the accuracy of all orders and rectifying any issues via proactive communication

Flag any order issues with the Global Sales Operations Manager

Liaise effectively with a variety of teams including: Sales, Service, Logistics, Product Management, Planning and Finance.

Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes, ideally you bring previous experience of using SAP

Strong problem solving skills, with the willingness to take responsibility for own workload.
