Due to continuing success and growth of this award–winning, international technology business, Peak Scientific are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support our operations in Japan. The role will be based from our Tokyo office with regional responsibilities and 10 employees.

THE ROLE: Reporting to the Japan Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be to analyse and report sales data as well as supporting the sales team with the day to day tasks.

You will also

  • Prepare sales quotations for Territory Managers, recording all opportunities and supporting the sales team through the process.
  • Managing incoming purchase orders.
  • Gathering and analysing sales performance data to identify trends
  • Assisting in the preparation of accurate sales reports for the Japan Sales Manager
  • Effective management and usage of CRM systems and data reporting.

THE CANDIDATE:  will have a good standard of education and English, and experience of analysing and manipulating numerical sales data would be advantageous.

Your key attributes will also include:

  • the ability to report information in a concise manner
  • strong all-round communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • the ability to multi task, prioritise and plan ahead
  • Knowledge of internal sales systems and MS packages, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are advantageous
