THE COMPANY: Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast–growing, global company specialising in the design, manufacture and support of laboratory gas generators predominately for the life science market. We have been developing award-winning gas generation products since 1997 and now employ 480 people globally in 20 international offices.
Due to continuing success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support our service operations in Singapore and South East Asia. Peak Singapore was established in 2012 and currently has a team of 11 employees. 
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining SAP CRM system, including creation and updating of customers account and contact
  • Obtaining critical information form customer on sales leads received via email or phone call and shared with Sales Representative for the allocated territories
  • Tracking of Government Tender and share with Sales Representative for the allocated territories
  • Preparing and sending Sales quotation to customer
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Report via SAP CRM System, including Sales Revenues, Open Quotation with status update and Sales Forecast for both Sales and After- Sales Team
  • Working closely with Sales Representative to follow up on open quotation weekly and record feedback gathered from customer
  • Process PO received form both Sales and After-Sales Team using ERP system to generate Order Acknowledgement and Proforma Invoice (if required) and share with customer
  • Effective communication with internal customer (Planning and Logistic Team) to ensure products are shipped to customer as per agreement
  • Manging customer’s expectation on delivery date
  • Coordinating the delivery of purchased product to customer’s agreed shipping destination with freight agencies
  • Coordinating installation and commissioning of product (if required) with customer and Service Delivery Administrator
  • Ensuing Invoice and delivery notes are issued to customer finance department to facilitate payment processing
  • Working with Accounts for debt control (interim duties)
  • Replenishing marketing materials to support South East Asia Regional Operation
  • Tracking the inventory of Training and Demo Unit in South East Asia Offices 
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a conscience person with a proven track record in a similar role. Requires basic understanding with shipping & logistic management, Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is essential. Experience of SAP or a similar order processing system would be beneficial. You will also possess the following:
