An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Sales Support Supervisor, reporting to the North America Sales Manager, the job holder will manage the Inside Sales Support teams to assure the customer service responsibilities are met. This person will have sales acumen to help drive sales opportunities for the field sales team.
Key Tasks -
- Supervise the sales support and inside sales team to motivate, mentor and ensure highest level of performance
- Drive the support and inside sales teams to uncover new opportunities to help drive sales for the North American sales team
- Support customers, both internal and external, throughout the sales process (from quoting to generator delivery to aftercare)
- Implement process enhancements to improve business practices.
- Act as CRM ‘superuser’ to support office staff and territory managers in using the CRM
- Providing technical information to customers when needed
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the internal and external sales teams
- Audit generator inventory, loan/demo units and rental units to ensure accuracy
Skills Required -
- Understand the entire sales cycle from lead to prospect to customer, and have a proven track record of leading a team to meeting assigned targets/ quotas/ goals
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills, combined with technical aptitude
- Effective attention to detail and a willingness to follow through to ensure tasks are completed
- Provide professional customer service to both external and internal customers
- Effective communication and negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamic, SAP)
- Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
- 4-year College degree
