We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Service Sales Specialist for Spare Parts to join our Aftermarket Sales Team in Inchinnan.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing area within our business and you will bring experience of working within a targeted sales environment, fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as part of a high performing team.

THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Service Sales, this position will oversee the full sales process of selling spare parts to customers across a number of territories. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure that our customers are receiving the correct spare parts within their expected time frame. The senior role will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within their designated territories. In addition to this as a senior, this person will be responsible for driving performance improvement across all relevant territories.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Proactively generating new customer leads and selling Peak Scientific service products to end user, OEM and distributor markets

  • Creating sales quotations for both new and existing customers through CRM

  • Service sales administration, managing generator customer base and sales lead information

  • Working closely with sales personnel in developing business specific to all global territories

  • Working closely with Peak service departments to assist customers with technical requests and spare parts purchases

  • Interrogation of customer data surrounding generator sales and how this positively impacts revenue

  • Actively support with forecasting and manage opportunity for the parts team

  • Training, mentoring and providing guidance to other members of the Service Sales team

  • Working with Global spares manager and support with the creation of consistent processes within HQ and roll these out to the wider territories

THE CANDIDATE: With strong sales experience and experience of end user/ B2B sales, you will have organisational skills with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data. You will also be customer focussed, able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential – particularly Excel and knowledge of a CRM system would be advantageous. You will be used to achieving and exceeding personal sales targets as well as contributing to team sales goals and overall growth.
