Position: Service Administrator

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Peak Scientific, a fast-growing organization specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, is looking to recruit a Service Administrator  to join our vibrant team in São Paulo. We have an expanding operation in LATAM with offices in São Paulo and Mexico. Individuals who fit our culture and values will have a high degree of professionalism but appreciate our non- corporate feel in a fun atmosphere.

THE ROLE:  Reporting to the General Manager – LATAM, you will ensure that the field service operations in Brazil are delivered to the highest standard.

Key duties will include:

  • Working along teams to provide excellence in the service business.
  • Services scheduling, following local procedures, ensuring best planning for service works.
  • Support teams in the stock control including spare parts inventories & FSE van stocks,
  • Preparation of local documents for customer invoicing.
  • Support service teams with spare parts to be used in the services and parts to be dispatched.
  • Contact with customers regarding service operations duties.
  • Liaise with other local teams (sales, administration and logistics) to ensure a high level of collaboration for all aspects of customer support.
  • Use of CRM/SAP and utilise the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer support.
  • Preparation of service reports.
  • Understanding all services processes, being able to handle and support the operation in all service administration tasks.
  • Work with teams for the effective backup for unplanned absences.


  • Administration degree will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in service administration and after sales
  • Self-motivation, self-disciplined and with the ability to work with minimal/no supervision
  • Training and qualifications in business administration as desired skills
  • Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
  • Quick to learn new skills/intuitive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mandatory language proficiency – Portuguese, English
  • Able to interface comfortably and effectively both internally and externally with a broad spectrum of personalities
  • Proactively person, ensuring that objectives and standards are achieved and formally address, quickly and constructively, in line with company procedures
  • Motivate and supportive to the teams, to realise their full potential and objectives
  • Actively seek to develop the skills and capabilities
